Food tastes good, but phone is often off the hook, so you have to go in, place the order and wait for it. Went in once and told the lady I've been trying to call for about 10 minutes to place an order but the line was off the hook. She said it wasn't, so I tried calling while right in front of her and it was still off the hook. She said "oh well.." and didn't put the phone back on the base. Edit 4/2/19: Lowering to 2 stars, as phones are yet again off the hook while they are open.
